If he’s going to go, he better at least go somewhere great. Going to a title contender would make for some great press and I’d consider it an adequate goodbye gift.
If he goes to Rutgers/Minnesota/Kansas State/etc. I’ll be thoroughly disappointed

K State first. He was in love with coach K and wildcats are playing a NDSU style defense, chance to play in the Big 12. Missouri so he has a chance to play back at home in front of family. LSU might be in the picture, but they are prime to have a big fall off year as predicted by most college football experts.

LSU will fall off some but they always got a good defense and play in the best division in football it seems so if his goal is test himself that would be a good place to go.
