Yeah, Ben has been excellent blocking.

Caught one pass thrown to him in 2nd Qtr. QB has been focused on throwing to team mate vice using open receivers.

Overall both of our guys are playing well! Would like to se Derek with a sack and Ben with a TD. Is that too much to ask?

The east RT is holding Derek every play and he's still getting pressure.

Boy there hasn’t been a defender yet that can muscle around Ellefson. Once Ben is locked up for the block that’s all she wrote.

Ben had nice blocks on back to back plays that helped John Robinson show the rest of the Nation what the MVFC has had to deal with the past three to four years.

Ellefson seemed to play just about every offensive snap plus KO and Punt team. Certainly both he and Tuska has outstanding games..... with no break from the Natty.... wow!

He nearly had a catch on an out route, but the Oklahoma kid did a great job of knocking the ball the out of his hands.

On the last West offensive play, to me, it looked like the DB was grabbing Ben’s jersey and preventing him from turnout outwards for the pass. To the commentators, they thought Ben interferes with the DB.

The LB tried to hold him and he got tossed. Should have been a defensive holding call if anything.

I disagree. It seems like they tend to play the guys that scouts want to see a lot of. I can’t really think of any big names guys sitting out. Maybe if there is a high profile guy in the Senior Bowl, but honestly it seems like they try to equal out a lot of playing time there.

I have to agree with CAS here. Most of the evaluation is done throughout the week during practice and classroom time - this is where Carson's stock soar through the roof. The playing time during the game is pretty much just exhibition - kind of like the last game during the NFL preseason where most of the roster is already known.
