Hard to tell. Denver is mostly a professional sports town and when it comes DU, it’s mainly a hockey school.

Going to be pretty difficult for Denver to pass WIU in the standings. While the two still have a game against each other, WIU has the better win vs USD for tiebreakers if they do end with the same record.

This is more good news for NDSU when it comes to potential tie breakers over SDSU since ORU is a team SDSU swept but NDSU split with so the lower they finish in the standings the better for the Bison.

Of course none of that matters if the Bison don't pick up the win next Thursday and if they win their other two in addition to that one they win the league title outright.

I wasn't worried about WIU but now I think Denver is going to get that spot. While still a team the #1 seed should beat, they in my opinion are capable of turning the game into a battle. Much like WIU was last year.
