Who wore #8 back in the late 80s/early 90s?? *He was an SS I believe. *I saw the pic of Joe Mays in the Forum today and that brought back memories. *It was before Isreal Moses. *He was a big hitter too but seemed to be in trouble fairly often.

I think it was Tyrone Braxton.

It would have been after Tyrone.

Not early 90's or late '80s, but didn't both Aaron Skyberg and Mike Sheppard both wear number 8? Those guys made some huge hits. Late '80s, early '90s, I'm thinking it was #7 putting the pain on folks.

Arg, but that's not who you are thinking of... his name is on the tip of my tongue and he had his own cheering section and everything... however, I've got Myles Bosch's name stuck in my head so I'm even more worthless than usual remembering things. However, the "Myles" bit sounds right to me.

He played later than the years posted in the original question, but didn't Israel Moses also wear #8?

We'll have to wait for a ruling form Green-n-gold, but I'm guessing that RedRiver got it right and Carlos Myles is the answer.

Tony Satter's point to the Millersville sideline on his way to a long TD is a favorite memory of mine.

It wouldn't be Chris Simdorn in about 1990 would it?
