I'm sure that will piss the original Gateway members off as there have been some good QB'S but how can not have 3 all with championships in there

NDSU is a QB U, yeah baby, the tradition is strong.

T.C. will be off that list in 4 years.

who would be close to cracking the top 5? The only recent one that comes to mind is the Illinois St. QB that we faced in the NC game a few years back.

If you told me at the transition that we'd become QB U I don't think I'd have bought it.

7 championships? Sure.

3 of the 5 best QB's? Not so sure.

They are recent but it’s hard to argue with the NDSU guys. Wentz had a couple good years and is the highest drafted fcs player ever, Jensen and Stick both had great college careers and are the two all-time winningest qb’s ever

Kind of odd how Wentz makes the list of top 5 QBs ever in the MVFC yet never was better than honorable mention on the postseason all-conference teams. The guys who were instead: Tre Roberson, Mike Perish, Mark Ianotti, and Aaron Bailey. :uhyeah:

Warner is only notable because of what he did in the NFL, I imagine Wentz going #2 is going to be hard to ignore.

Not sure but they weren't a member of the Gateway/MVFC until 1997 which was the year of their last championship.
