That's what I was told. Super physical kid, an All-state wrestler (runner-up this year, I believe)...so, should fit perfectly in that FB mold.

Welcome!
Mt Vernon SD - Chad Greenway country!
(close to Mitchell)
Reminds me of Tyler Roehl.
Going to need to have better ball security than he does in the photo from this article :) :

Somehow, I think it'll happen.

Here is a picture I found of Seth Anderson. When someone suggested he might play offense I thought he may be better off on defense. :D

This kid has a Tyler Roehl style offense written all over him. Looking at his background hes a wrestler and is pretty quick for a 230 pound guy. Was faster earlier in his track career when he wasnt 230 but still ran a 11.6 and 7.59 60 meter dash as a junior. Could probably carry the ball occasionally.

Midco’s preseason predictions
https://www.midcosn.com/blog/2019/08/2019-sd-high-school-football-season-preview-class-11b/
Mt. Vernon/Plankinton
MVP has been knocking on the door for several years. This season they have a chance to bust through as an elite 11B team. Head Coach Brent Olson guided the Titans to a 9-2 record last year and were upended just short of the championship game with a disappointing loss to BEE. This year’s group of seniors is one of the best this team has had in decades.
Impact Players
It starts with the human bowling ball, Jesse Hastings. He makes this team go when he gets on a roll. The future NDSU Bison wants to make his senior season memorable. Last year he ran for 1468 yards and 25 touchdowns through an injury plagued season. Hunter Pranger is a leader on defense and is back to man the linebacker spot.
Bottom Line
MVP will have to plug some holes at QB and the line, but they have good numbers of underclassmen to go with a strong senior class to get it done. They get a huge test on September 13 at home against BEE, if they stay healthy they can play with anyone in the class.
Prediction: 7-1
Jason Andera ranked Jesse Hastings as the #3 player in SD 11B.
#1 is All-World Polar Bear Nash Hutmacher from Chamberlain (6’ 5” 285 DL/OL - Nebraska commit)

In reality, Nash could be called "Son of Polar Bear"...……..will try to post a picture of Mr. Hutmacher and Nash. Let's just say the gene pool was there.

Mount Vernon/Plankinton
The Titans are the No. 6 seed in Class 11B and have played the top-two seeds -- Winner and Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan -- down to the wire. MVP’s two losses came against No. 1 seed Winner (14-6) and No. 2 seed Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan (21-16).
MVP is powered by bruising running back Jesse Hastings. The future North Dakota State University fullback surpassed 1,000 or more rushing yards in each of the past three seasons. This year, he’s rushed for 1,298 yards and 23 touchdowns. He has 4,593 rushing yards and 76 rushing touchdowns in his career.

Jesse Hastings
MT. VERNON/PLANKINTON, RB-LB
A 6-foot, 230-pound bulldozer, Hastings rushed for 1,713 yards and 30 touchdowns on 188 carries and powered the sixth-seeded Titans to the 11B quarterfinals. He also accounted for 206 total points and played a starring role in MVP’s near upsets of state finalists Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan and Winner during the regular season.
Hastings, a North Dakota State commit, has been practicing with the varsity since seventh grade and graduates as the program’s all-time leader in points (604), rushing yards (5,008), total yards (5,495) and touchdowns (90, 83 rushing).
“Jesse is the rare combination of size and speed,” coach Brent Olson said.

Appears that he is no longer listed on the roster. Also noticed that Brozio is now listed as a FB, pretty sure he was listed as a LS before.
