Today is the day that can be of major importance in NDSU history, especially that of its football program. Not to long ago, the institution decided to move up from DII to DI after years of decent mediocrity for a very successful football program. Who would have thought that in such a short time, the program now stands a chance to reach top of the mountain for the seventh time and surpass a great program like Georgia Southern? Well, I'm expecting to see that dream become a reality.

Not to be too disrespectful to EWU, but there is going to have to be a lot of things go their way in order for them to upset this Bison team. However, that Bison team is too focused and experienced to have mistakes allow for this game to slip away from their control. I expect the Eagles to be competitive and get their points, but not enough to keep up with the Bison. I predict NDSU finishes the season 15-0 and wins their fifteenth title overall with a 45-24 victory.

The two 3 and outs we were way too conservative on offense. Run calls on 2nd and long brings up 3rd and long. 65 yards passing the first half. We can run the ball but need some balance too loosen things up. Play to win!
Fake FG was predictable to everyone but our coaching staff.

Pretty sloppy game so far, lot's of penalties EW offense seems fairly explosive, able to stretch the field pretty well. I suspect they will pass a lot in the 2nd half, and we will need to grind it out on the ground, with some well timed pass plays mixed in to Freeman and others.
