They sure talk like they are a way more physical grind it out team then last years but the numbers and video just isn't proving it IMO. Their TOP is still less then 30/g and their offense still relies on big plays. Their defense may be some what better but they really haven't played an offense as good as ours IMO.

One thing that jumps out at me is that they fewest number of points they've scored in the last 7 games in 34. So there's that.

Might be wrong but this feels like Clemson vs Notre Dame. Bison has the tools to put them methodically put them away. Bison will adjust, adapt and prevail.

It's odd, but I generally don't feel comfortable in a Bison game until the opponent scores.

Great stats. Was listening to the wedge podcast and the EWU guy said "But, other than SDSU...what good offense has NDSU faced?"
When you play in the big fluffy.....one should be careful about saying shit about any other team defense.

The thread reminded me of the seven appearances in the NC by the Montana Sheep Herders. The Bison have as many titles as their appearances, which I know will bother them. It does my relatives anyway. They laughed when the Bison were going to move up, but would not pick the phone when I called after our DII team went out there and beat a ranked Montana team. I left a message anyway. Something about getting a licens plate # on the Bison that left a trail of destruction back to Fargo.
