View Full Version : Anybody else having issues with your NCAA ticket order?

Has anyone else had any issues with getting/viewing their tickets to the championship game? I purchased from the NCAA site back in August and I received an email confirmation right away. At that point I thought I was set. A few weeks ago I tried to verify they were in my flashseats account and they were not there. I ended up creating an axs.com account, and installing the app on my phone. I can see an entry on the axs account for my order but cannot view the details (browser just spins). After installing the app on my phone I was able to see the details along with a barcode, but now I can't. How is this supposed to work this year? Are flashseats and axs linked somehow? I don't remember it being this hard in the past. Thanks.

Mine are there. No issues.

My tickets are right in my flashseat account. I simply click on tickets, and they are right there.
At first the hospitality tickets were not there... but after a few weeks they appeared. Call or email them.

Bought mine in August too. I can’t get them to appear in my flash seat app either. Not a good feeling

Yeah, I hear ya. I think I figured out the problem though, and it is probably because I didn't use the email address of my flashseats account when I ordered them. They don't list any phone numbers to call for support so I've been trying to resolve through email. I'll keep you posted.

I did the same thing. Figured it out when looking at my confirmation email. Don't remember why I had to use my other email but I did. I got them to appear now, but I've put in a couple help requests through email and haven't heard a thing back, except an email saying they got my request. Haven't found a phone number anywhere, always nice to talk to a person when things go wrong. Good luck to you.

And after 30 minutes on the phone, she directed me to use the flash seats website instead. And lo and behold, the tickets were there thankfully. Don’t want to have to deal with customer support on the day of the game.

What phone number did you call? All I could find was an electronic form to fill out. I'm still waiting for resolution on my problem.

I had this problem 4 or five years ago. I had two different flashseats accounts with separate email accounts. They said they had merged them at my request, but when I checked on tickets once we won in semis, there were no tickets. But later they found them and I learned they had not merged the accounts. It was very concerning at the time.

In situations like this, it is 99% of the time an issue with using the correct email to sign in.

Had the issue a few years ago and did recover password on every email I operate until I figured it out.

OK, first time August ticket buyer here. All I need to do is go to the Flash Seats window at Toyota Stadium on game day with my credit card to get my seat locator for admission, right?

Download the app and a QR code will display and that is what is scanned. No reason to go to a window.

all you have to do is walk up to any gate and give them credit card associated with your flashseats account. If you have numerous people with you i suggest they sign up and you transfer the tickets to them. Nothing worse than losing someone in the tailgating lot and you have to find them before you can go in

Flashseats support was very responsive today and got me straightened out. I am good to go. Thanks everybody! See you in Frisco!

I think the best "seats" and probably the cheapest tixs are SRO. Everyone stands anyway, so why be tied to a seat when you can roam the concourse and follow the flow of the ball up and down the field. Besides its were the bathrooms, food/beer stands and fan gear stores are located.

The new south end bar will be fantastic and open from what I have heard. They have been warned to be prepared. Even if I get a seat, I plan to visit when tailgate and Dacotah Field “pocketed reserve” disappear.

Just FYI....the SRO is not good. Heard this from multiple folks who went this route. Maybe that has changed with the new configuration, but apparently, they are very picky where u can actually stand and they enforce it.

I did not have any problem last year. But then I moved frequently up and down the concourse following the play of the game on the field below. They did have some spots reserved for wheelchairs and did not like people standing in those spots even if no wheelchairs were around.

And there was a ton of SRO sold last year IIRC, maybe upwards of 1,000 tickets. I'd expect it to be much less this year so there should be less "competition".

More actual seats and presumably less demand from at least one fanbase, I think you're right.

Get tickets available through the EWU ticket office at 2pm Central. As of yesterday, they had a couple thousand still available.
