Total player. QB, WR, CB, Punt and kick returner. Great hands and athlete. He ran a 6.76 55 meter as a junior so he's as quick as he looks. I'm thinking he's a corner or a receiver.

Nothing wrong with grabbing a HS QB either. Even if he is not going to be a QB in college they tend to understand an offense better than players at other positions.

I could be wrong but I dont think hes a regular QB but some of the highlights have him taking snaps there and throwing some passes. They probably just wanted the ball in his hands as much as possible since he's explosive

Agreed, looks like he was more of a threat out wide but they'd put him in the shotgun for a wildcat look from time to time. I wonder if the coaches see him in the same mold as Marquise Bridges. They're about the same body type and Bridges came in as a WR but has transitioned to become a very good CB. I suppose it depends on roster composition as to where he ends up but it looks like he could find a home on other side of the ball.

I saw Klanderman tweet last night about it being an unbelievable day for the Wolfpack (which is the defensive secondary) so I'm thinking as of now they see all 3 of the new commits (Hall, Anderson, and Wlodarczyk) as being DBs.

I like the way that he gave credit to his teammates. Reminds me of Kyle Emmanuel saying that Coach Bohl said to respect your opponents and credit your teammates.

“If they want me to stack water cups, I’ll stack water cups,” Hall said. “Whatever they need me to do to help the team win, that’s what I’ll do.”

That might be the most Bison quote I've ever seen. Looking forward to you blowing things up Mr. Hall.

......The Winhawks trailed a Packers team that played better than its 2-6 record would indicate well into the fourth quarter. But senior playmaker Terrell Hall caught the game-winning touchdown pass from Jackson Nibbelink with 9:15 remaining in the fourth quarter.......

......Hall put a move on the Packers defensive back and got himself wide open for the perfect 46-yard touchdown pass to finally take the lead. The game-winning catch was huge for the Winhawks, but it was just as big for Hall. It pushed him into first place on the Winona Senior High School all-time career receptions list, passing Matt Juaire with 89. Juaire spent time at Winona State and Florida State after his record-setting career at WSHS.

“I didn’t know I was anywhere near it,” said Hall, who caught three passes for 92 yards. “But I’ve had two good quarterbacks throw me the ball and I found my way to a record.......

Every time I see one of these threads bumped I get nervous that there's a P5 school trying to poach NDSU verbals.

Terrell Hall named Winona Daily News Player of the Year:

https://www.winonadailynews.com/sports/high-school/the-ball-hawk-winona-daily-news-player-of-the-year/article_41529cfb-a437-5e02-9810-065c0f41b4b4.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter#1

......On offense he set the school’s career pass receptions record with 99 and is third all-time in yardage with 1,672 yards. He caught 39 passes for 785 yards and six touchdowns as a senior.

And — a devastating playmaker in the open field — he was always a threat to flip the field on special teams, finishing his career with 1,127 yards and four touchdowns combined on punt returns and kick returns.

“He’s been a part of the three straight section championships and had a big role in all the big games,” Winona coach John Cassellius said. “He was huge in all three of those seasons on both sides of the ball and on special teams. He’s a kid that is involved in all aspects of the game. If you look at that three-year body of work and how he shut down a side of the field or could take the ball away and take it back for a touchdown or a big play, flipping field position — that’s the type of kid that should be player of the year.”.....

There is a Matt Entz connection mentioned in Hall’s recruitment......

We have 13 receivers and 5 corners plus Jabril is gone and was basically a corner. Obviously several will need to switch positions. Our current group of corners will take some serious work and true freshman could play. The roster imbalance is a big time failure.

The transfer portal announcement happened back on March 5

https://www.inforum.com/bison-media-zone/mens-sports/football/4984314-Bison-freshman-cornerback-Terrell-Hall-enters-NCAA-transfer-portal

I’m guessing that is why the Bison look to be trying to add depth in the DB group - including the TJ Robinson offer.

How? Good corners are hard to get. Coaches thought Hall would be a star but he decided to move on.

I guess what I was trying to say was I'm suprised we don't have more journeyman guys who are serviceable but not stars. Having two studs, one back up and 2 guys wholl never play is just odd to me.
