Forecast currently calls for 53 degrees and partly cloudy skies.... sounds like pretty good tailgate weather.

Whats on the Grill BisonGuy ??

Jalapenos and a bunch of I don't know. Still tryinig to figure out whether to go the breakfast/brunch route, or maybe a couple beer-butt chickens.

Shoot me a PM with your plans- you'll be in the parade?

Ah yes Bison fans, get nice and plump before the game. Maybe I'll send up some tri-tip from the UCD slaughter house to fatten ya'll up before the slaughter.

As for which team's are going to be the slaughterers and the slaughtered I'm still a little worried about that.

I agree, orneryAggie.

I think one team is going to win by more than two scores, don't know which one, though.

I've said it on another post but I think it's important...

LOL- A change of 24 degrees and the possibility of snow in the forecast over the course of a day. Must be North Dakota. ;D

What to wear might be a gametime decision!

Was anyone around when there used to be a lot of tailgating at the Elks downtown? *The last big game there was the PSU NC game, but when it was cold outside you could tell. *Everybody was in snowmobile suites, parkas, stocking hats, wool shirts, big sweaters, gloves, insulated boots it was cold at Dacotah Field sometimes. *It might be cold in west lot Sat? *

Oh yea, right now I have it at a tie. So, with the BISON at home NDSU BISON by .25. *Like the Coach says it might be special teams. *8)

++i love the smell of tailgating in the morning++ classic.
it doesn't matter if there were to be a full blown blizzard, i'd be out there. i think the game will be a 2 td game as well, hopefully its the good guys on top.

chubs will be full that morning, a homecoming week tradition. forget the homecoming parade though, unless it runs through the tailgating lot, forget about it. i'm so pumped i think i'll start thursday night ;D ;D ;D

Starts in the dome lot this year??

It started in the East 'Dome lot last year too. I remember it was a cold day in the heater-less (unless you could the heat from the engine coming up through the hole in the floor) Monster and here, sitting next to us, was the Battle Wagon, everyone hanging out inside and enjoying us shivering. :P

I plan to enjoy the full tailgating atmosphere at Homecoming this year since the van will be holing up in the west lot for the duration.

Are glass bottles illegal at the dome?

Are glass bottles illegal at the dome?

Depends on how you view illegal. Glass bottles and cans can be on the grounds, but all adult beverages must be consumed in a cup or mug (personally, I use a Bison Nalgene bottle). The coppers also don't like it if a liquor bottle is in view, but it's not much of an effort to just move it into a vehicle where it can't be seen.
