MSU kicker missed field goal to tie. Wabbit ball.Is there a way to watch this game for cord cutters, I just did it this year...I was tired of paying 180 bucks for cable and internet. I noticed Midco's website only streams certain games and this is not one of them...why?

And now I just realized it's going to blow balls once Bison basketball starts as well.

Announcers were talking about how he was only playing half speed against Duquesne as well opening weekend due to some sort of injury. Not sure why he would have played opening week if he had any sort of injury. Hopefully nothing serious, is hate to see him drop in the draft due to injury.

Black Angus is the calving ease one. Those calves land on their feet and start sucking. Problem is calving ease usually ends up being a smaller animal. You then cross breed to get some size back. Black baldy. I was actually referring to Dallas Goedert's bum calf muscle on his leg. The one his stepdad was talking about before he even played a game. Clearly a tale of two halves. I watched the first half and MSU looked as though they didn't belong in the field with SDSU. A heavy dose of Christion throwing to Goedart or running the ball. MSU had no answer for either. Was it second half adjustments by MSU or SDSU going on cruise control a bit early? Goedart just dwarfed the MSU secondary, dude looked like Gronk out there.

I couldn't resist with the Animal Science 301 comeback. Understand your comments. Not many stock cattle in the area anymore. Even used to be lots of dairy. Times have really changed. Pastures (not grazed now) with woods are used for deer hunting, do plenty of that, nice to get out there. You had a great win yesterday.

I thought you UN_ people all owned farms? LMAO. Where do you think baldy's come from????

We used Angus bulls on Hereford heifers in an attempt to produce smaller calves. The cross can be used either way. We had the Hereford herd, so used the Angus bulls. I guess I should of explained that 1st. Did very well in 4-H. Loved going to the little international livestock show at ndsu. It used to be primarily a livestock show, don't know about that now, plan on going to that one of these years. Valley City winter show has always been good.

I really would have liked to see the whole field and how they defended Wienke. You could tell QB was looking for him at times them had to check down.

Fairly sure they played a similar defense to what they did vs WSU, who also put up the same amount of points on the cats. I listened on the radio though. Basically defend against the deep ball and force you to use the underneath routes.

The Jacks defense was more than a little disappointing. Wasn't a great game for us for sure. But I seem to remember several games that weren't real great during your championship runs, like Montana or USeD for starters. However, the team this weekend wasn't a top 5 team in the second half. Really screwed up letting them score to end the first half, gave them momentum and never got it back.

Someone told me Chase Vinatieri was recruited as a WR at SDSU, he was a very good receiver at SF Roosevelt.

Senior hudl highlights show a football player. Definitely not your stereotypical kicker that loved to play soccer and parlayed it into a football scholarship.

I did watch the game (Had Mt guests over). I think every star on both sides of the ball came out of the game due to an injury (Less SD's star receiver). the consensus going into the game was SDSU would man handle MT.....and they did for a qtr and a half. After that, the Catz stepped up their game and Jrabbits started dropping and cramping. Also, the Jacks sideline was all out of sorts.... they were lost with lots of confusion. Jackls were not a top 10 team that game,

Since we're talking about Montana and agriculture, I'll pass this little story along. 3 1/2 years ago I got an Akbash guard dog from a breeder in Billings. We have sheep and thus the guard dog. The guy was a respectable breeder, had been in business a long time and a few others in the area got dogs from him. Dog was about 8 months old when we got her, and she was spayed by a vet out in Billings and had been trained with sheep. Actually a pretty good dog.

Fast forward to mid July. Wife says dog is pregnant, I say bullshit, she's spayed. Can even see the incision on her belly. Pretty soon she has teats like an old brood sow. Sure enough, got two pups Aug 2. Apparently they can even screw up a neuter job in Montana. Called breeder, says that's the second one in 5000 dogs. Actually look to be very good pups, so maybe it was worth it. But how do you screw up something as simple as spaying a dog?

I do know a woman who had her tubes tied and gave birth a few years later. I'll let Izzy weigh in on that one.

Your trust land must not be a pasture barnmaninthewinter.

Corrected your post, deeded land... I am impressed with your knowledge. You must be one that went the four year rout at NDSU.

Nice looking calf. But you knew that barnsports says your doing it right. He won't respond to me I must have struck pretty close to home with some comments. Grandpa wasn't so dumb after all.

Captain, I responded to your post, look above. Deeded Land. You need to tell Hail bison, that there would be no drowning with a dual on the high seas. That just wouldn't happen, I would be helping you row, Captain.

I'm assuming these are yours. Looks very good, The bull is a blue ribbon, nice animal, we actually had one that looked very close. I remember when we transitioned to the polled Herefords, got them slowly from farmers/ranchers in Canada, took a few years. Calves look great, cows hard to tell, one behind the bull has pretty good size, striaght back, long, and etc. The cow to the laft also looks like it has it, but partial picture. When was this picture taken, pasture has some green in it? Be interesting to see a better pic of your cows. I'll see if I can find some old pics.

You all should shoot your arrows on the smack forum, not here on this bunnies and cats thread, where they will learn your farming and ranching skills and may try beating us all in agriculture.

All your posts should probably just automatically be deposited there.

I hope Montana State pounds the piss out of UND next week. UND will be lucky to finish above .500 this year.
