Watching Miami of Ohio v Mississippi State... does NOT need more cowbell. Is that a Mississippi State thing? if so, I hope they never win another football game.

Today's 3 bowel games (pun intended) started with 1 losing record and 5 at .500. The day concludes with 4 teams with losing records and 2 with winning records... What a joke the bowl system is!

Actually some have been hilariously entertaining. Like miamis coach who decided to sit on the field goal range line, which was at the 19 yard line lulz, instead of getting closer because he was getting 8 yards a carry, just to have his shitty kickers kick get blocked and lose

Browns did that earlier this year after Parkey had already missed two FGs. Obviously, lost in OT.

A lot of variables (month off, no school, travel, etc.) that I'm guessing increase the variance of the results

I wonder how many good teams get upset because they lost at the end of the regular season and have to "settle" for the lame-O bowl instead of going to a New Years bowl like they expected to do and don't really care as much.

The huskies are legit but they turn the ball over way too dam much. That and browning is hella overrated dude can ball against lesser opponents but as soon as it's a big game he folds like a cheap lawn chair

Sorry ment turned. This team is so fickle. Crush easy teams but look ordinary against good teams. A thing to keep an eye on is the huskies punter. Has a knack to shank some kicks

Some g5 AD's say they don't want a g5 playoff because they play at the highest level for the championship. If 13-0 only gets you to 15 their statement is not only false but shows they are dreaming and not accepting reality. That is what our reality would be some want that and some want a different reality.

Lets say they go do the same thing Houston did and schedule big-time non-conf schedule. Say they go beat Penn St, Florida St, and Oklahoma(three top fifteen type teams), they'd have a pretty awesome shot. At that point, I think the committee would have to throw them a bone for beating the B1G Champ, the Big 12 Champ, and a top 3 ACC team.

They'd have to get really f'ing lucky and hit on one or two of those two teams becoming a conference champ....and not lose a single game.

Good grief. Media still talking about what a great game it was. I'm thinking what a terrible game. No defense and tons of stupid mistakes not to mention the length. How about the USC DB peacocking after getting burned after the receiver missed what should have been a touchdown.

But oh, it was close so it was good.
