And for ribbon and bow on the present do we happen to know how his rehab is coming along?

Nice. I'm glad Cox will get to play next to Nick for a year article in forum states he might play some outside linebacker... they are going to be flexible.

On the coaches show it was said he is doing some cardio work but no lifting. Will not play in spring ball. Sounded like lifting maybe start in May. If I remember correct what was said on the show.

"His rehabilitation has gone so well, Entz said, that DeLuca almost felt well enough to play in the postseason."

Ugh. He's going to have a tough summer. I would guess he will drop lots of muscle mass between now and then. I know from personal experience since I was at one time a virtual Adonis and now, not so much.

From the forum article:

He's been medically cleared for weightlifting, with Entz saying DeLuca and head strength and conditioning coach Jim Kramer had a conversation earlier this week on what DeLuca can do over the semester break.

Would have been fun to see him match up against Abdullah from James Madison.

Hopefully he doesn't lose his starting job (lots of purple). Great news tho with tucker and Stumpf graduating.

It's hard to believe that the LB core will be faster next year

Was wondering on Sat. morning what a NFL talent MLB'r would've had against the JMU running game....throw in Tanqway also.........but injuries are part of the game,

This is a huge silver lining to 2016 season. Getting Deluca & Tanguay back should make us a preseason favorite I would think!
