He is up for the Eddie Robison award I think.
The conference awards are nice and those guys deserve it. Coach K would be the first to congratulate them and say he doesnt need awards.
There are more awards to be had.

Not many Bison of the past 5 years have made all-conference. Is Emmanuel the only one or am I missing people?

Brock Jensen was POY in 2013. Marcus Williams in 2012. Bohl '11-'13.

IMO Klieman deserved COY. Not saying Stieg isn't deserving but his team lost 3 games.

I have no issues with Stig winning it. He takes Bison leftovers in recruiting and still beat us. Imo the should almost wait until after or a couple rounds into the playoffs for some of these awards though since that's really where men separate from the boys. Playoffs is where rubber meets the road in FCS

These are conference only awards nothing to do with Non conference or playoffs. With that Stig deserved it.

When discussing player accomplishments they include their non-conference numbers. I'd assume their non-con game performance would factor into deciding who should get awards. As I understand it the award is for top players in the conference, not just top performers within conference play
