Bison need to get the offense going if they are going to get a win in CF today. We are 1-3 in the UNI dome since joining the Valley. In 2012 we ran for 176 in our only win. In our three losses we averaged 46 ypg on the ground. The Panthers have held 5 of their 7 opponents this year under 100 yards rushing....but...USD ran for 203 and YSU ran for 226. We are going to need some balance and the O-line needs to step it up a notch today.

As important as 3rd downs are; I wanna see a huge focus on the play calling and execution on 1st down. I could be wrong but it seems like that has been a big issue over the last few games. Getting at least 5-6 yards on 1st down helps to keep my blood pressure in check.

There was a video on UNI Athletics page where Panther football players were pleading with their students on campus to switch to UNI t-shirt instead of Bison or Cyclone or Hawkeye t-shirt before the UNI - Cyclones game. Their own fans dont care much about their football program.

20-13 UNI. Before Dunne playing last week I would have NDSU in a close one, but I'm concerned about giving up passing plays now. Also NDSU has struggled on offense and I don't see how that won't continue today. We will need interceptions and special teams TD's to win today. UNI always plays there best game of the season against us and we aren't at that level yet to overcome it.
