Are you going to ask this every week??? Believe it when I see it. It is only going to marginally improve my guess is since upper Midwest and Montana teams are on an island we're going to still be routinely matched up with occasional outlier sprinkled on the first couple of rounds.

No, all they did was make it so no more then 3 teams from one conference are on the same side of the bracket. There is also new language that discourages games that involve teams that have played each other in non-conference in round 1.
