I did email the guys at Flo and Intermat to see if they would put an article out and asked Mark Bader, Willie Saylor, Christian Pyles, and Jason Bryant if they would tweet the link out to their followers. 1000 votes is a lot, but it isn't insurmountable if a few of them retweet the link

Thank you to everyone who has voted. I found out that you can vote each day on up to 2 devices. If he's in the top 30 after Friday he will move onto the semi-finals. They reset the votes when the semis start.

It's for this year. Top 30 move on after this round to the semis. They will then clear out the number of votes each person has received to that point and start over with the voting.
