The Carson-Easton discussion made me think: What is the best performance by a Bison who came in as a backup?

Name either a single game step-up or a full-season replacement!

For QBs, Steve Walker coming in just a little too late in the Northern Colorado game after Tony Stauss had an uncharacteristic rough day... guy was a gunslinger.

Did Jeff start the season as the #2

Only reason I wouldn't pick Bentrim is that he just flat out won the job... he wasn't pushed into by the starter getting injured or having a bad game.

But, yeah, like it said on his jersey, he'd be #1 for QBs if he fits the criteria of the initial question.

Best backup performance??? Hands down it was Telma Hopkins and Joyce Vincent Wilson, the ladies of "Dawn" with Tony Orlando.

Oops, wrong thread.
