UC Davis will play its entire 2006 football season at 57-year-old Toomey Field, officially abandoning hope of playing at least a portion of its fall schedule in the new $29.75 million stadium under construction on the west side of campus.

When is the new stadium expected to be completed??

And also, does anyone know what the exact seating capacity will be??

The first phase of the new stadium is suppose to be between 10,000 and 12,000 with room to expand to 30,000. Toomey use to be listed at 10,000 but officials have down graded the stadium to about 7,500.
