Crazy. Should benefit regional FCS schools and Summit League teams men's programs. Lots of men's Track & Field athletes, baseball, and football players who normally got full or partial scholarships may be left out.

Sounds like it's a budget thing not a compliance thing. It isn't as if they cut only men's programs.

This here. Exhibition games begin in September and the Frozen Cup or whatever it is called isn't until April? Those are longs seasons for these boys and girls.
