We now know that leading scorer and starting guard Paul Miller will be out tomorrow for the Bison. Also that Carlin Dupree will be in uniform and available to play. Max Landis went absolutely nuts in South Dakota on Thursday scoring 44 points, he is a guy the Bison cannot let get hot or it could be a long day.

This could be a huge turning point game. If we can win this one without Paul and if Clements and Dupree play well it could be a huge confidence booster moving forward. A little adversity may help this team grow and realize their potential. Go Bison!

I didn't see the entire game, but most of it on gobison.com. Dupree had some nice assists, and the entire team played pretty well, especially on defense.

Has anyone else watched games on gobison.com? I've seen two this year, and the same thing has happened both times -- long stretches go by with no announcers. All I can hear is crowd noise. After halftime, I didn't get the announcers until almost 10 minutes were left. Then again, no announcers from about 3 minutes left until about a minute left. WTF, do they shut off the microphone during timeouts and forget to turn them on???:mad:

Another great game by the herd as the D had a great team effort and held them to 46 points probably their low for the year and this team they played was leading the conference. Good turnout by Bison faithful it's actually kind of fun to play these games at the SA but looking forward to the new arena next year of course should be even better!

Don't want people too take this wrong, but the injury to Paul probably is good for AJ. He has been in my opinion a reluctant shooter, generally deferring to Paul to shoot the ball. Now he's being put in a position to have to step up and be the shooter. I think it's really going too help his confidence.

The stats would agree with you, he put up his first two 20 point games of the season with Paul being out and has taken more 3 pointers than he has in any game since before Christmas these last 2 games. The important part is he isn't just taking them, he's making them at a high percentage. His stat line the last 2 games, 21.0PPG, 65.2%FG, 60% 3PT, 5.5Reb while playing 40 minutes each game and only committing 3 fouls total between the two games. Hopefully he's realizing how important he is to this team, can keep avoiding the stupid fouls and continue to shoot the ball with confidence. We need him to play this way down the stretch.

That, and with players stepping in during Carlin's absence may give Richman and the players themselves confidence that they can contribute even when Carlin and Paul get back into the swing of things.

It was a decent atmosphere on Saturday but I would hope that once they get into the SHAC the student apathy goes away. I was fairly impressed with the amount of students who did make it to the game on Saturday but I first noticed it during the SDSU game and I noticed even moreso on Saturday; the students who are there don't get out of their chairs once the anthem is over except to leave. I'd certainly expect that to improve with a real student section again like they'll have at the SHAC and it'll add a ton to the in-game atmosphere.
