United has been a debacle all day from Msp taking 2 hrs to Board plane and calculate weights to a complete cluster in Houston

Wonder how many people will just give up and stay home. Will it potentially be in the hundreds, or more?

Would only think a few if any would, plenty of "options". Heck you could still drive there if you left by 3-4pm today. Delta may have to cough up some vouchers though for some of the hassles. That said I haven't heard anything this morning about people not getting out. Sort of sucks for those who took a vacation day yesterday and ended up having to wait until late last night or even this morning to get into Dallas, but that is the risk you run anytime with airlines. Sometime through our 8 peat a few things will come together and cause a huge mess.
