Clearly, the fire was gone from Dale. He clearly made a good, well thought out decision. I always wondered if he had a grudge against RT and Kuppy for how bad they screwed him and his program, but it is pretty clear to me he is too good of a guy to carry that kind of grudge.

From what I've read here, and from Lennon's comments, sure sounds like he was struggling recruiting. Not sure how Kill did it there, but Lennon never seemed to have same level of talent as NDSU.
