Question abot the Outback Luncheon....

First off, let me apologize if this should be in another section of the board, but this is the most viewed forum.

What are the specifics of the Outback Luncheon/Fundraiser held before the spring game? Is it outdoors, under a tent? What about silverware? I ask because the high school I'm coaching at is interested in doing something like that at Homecoming this year.

The luncheon is held indoors at the Fargodome, where the Bison spring game is played. It is held in a meeting room inside the dome. All of the plates, cups, silverware is disposable. We have had around 400 people attend the lunch the past couple of years.

All proceeds go to the NDSU athletics scholarships.
