How many schollies do they have to work with? Only 16 come off with Vraa coming back right? Or will there be some attrition from the other classes too? What are the real big needs in this class and who might play right away?

Could Vraa have already used up his scholarship since he already got a 4-year degree? I don't know how it works

Nope, he can get the schollie. Probably starting on his masters.

Just curious, what was his undergrad in? And does he have to start a masters? Or can he just take random undergrad classes...

Just want to say thanks to everyone for making these last couple years at NDSU so incredible. It's all love. Once a bison always a bison.

I love how we just won and now it's already signing day!! It's great. No break. And then pretty soon it will be the spring game. Then a few short months later and BOOM...at Montana on ESPN.

14 days until signing day...

Then our coaching staff can get a couple weeks of rest maybe.

I think student-athletes with a degree need to be in some kind of graduate studies program to maintain their eligibility.

Or pick up another major or minor, but post-grad studies would be better IMO.

For some strange reason I'm not the least bit worried about these verbals signing next week. Anyone else think these kids are firm commits?

Not worried about any of them choosing a different offer than what they currently have. But still slightly worried a BCS offer comes

I'm not either. We have so damn many kick ass players that even if we do lose a couple, it's still an amazing class.

Only way we lose a few is if a Big 10 team offers a scholarship late and heck we already had a verbal turn down a Purdue offer and several others turned down preferred walk on offers.

We want the guys that want to be here. To me that says something about character, commitment and they probably are willing to work.
