So lets say the Bison beat Ball State next weekend...what would be a bigger win for the program...a win over Ball State or the win they had over Montana 2003?

Just curious as to what everyone else on the board thinks?

That is a tough one. I would have to say it would be about a horse a piece as both would be huge.

I think Ill wait and see. Dont count chickens you know. Biggest win in Modern times is Montana. Biggest win ever is Grambling. Why? Both were break throughs for NDSU and the State of North Dakota.

Nobody knew a football team from North Dakota could be national champions until NDSU beat Grambling.

Nobody knew a D2 team could beat a DI-AA powerhouse until NDSU beat Montana.

Nobody knows if NDSU can beat DI-A Ball State, but we will see.

Ball State is an improving program, especially this year. BUT, they did lose to Indiana who in turn lost to Southern Illinois. I think we can play with them.
