Same here!!! The doorbell just rang! I ran to the door with my pom poms! (Practicing of course!)
I was soo happy that I gave the UPS man a hug! He looked at me a bit strangely & said, "You're having a good day!"
They are BEAUTIFUL! Love that metalic shine!

It would be nice to have some sort of paper copy for the archives.

In all honesty I couldn't care less and the Flash Seats App worked great last year. Just this year I have like 10 tickets on it...so that might be a pain.

I just sent an email to Flash Seats customer service to see if i have the option of getting these digital tickets printed off as well. Doubt it..but whatever.

I received an email reply back from the ticketing customer service for the game as to if I could get my tickets issued as a physical ticket:

Hello,

Thank you for your email. Your tickets are actually required by the NCAA as being Flash Seats. Thus, paper copies cannot be issued.

TICKET DELIVERY: Tickets will be delivered electronically via Flash Seats. You will NOT receive paper tickets. Flash Seats is associated with your credit card and will be used for you and your guests to enter the venue. You will receive an e-mail after purchasing your tickets with additional instructions on using Flash Seats.


How exactly did you get your tickets mailed? Is that how phone orders were processed?

It's part of the 3 year pack. You get the fancy physical tickets.

Last year you had to request paper tickets when you bought them and it was an extra $ I believe. Think they went all flash this year. Probably more secure perhaps? Too many bison fans lose theirs on the way down? :biggrin:

Prevents scalping - the only way you can get rid of your tickets if you can't use them is to exchange on Flash (at least that is what I understand of the system).
