Now that Round 2 is in the books, watching me some FBS ball. Impossible not to cheer for Georgia Tech. The triple option shredding that Florida St. D makes it even sweeter.

I'm hoping Kansas State can upset Baylor so there's no doubt TCU would be in the CFP field. Not looking good so far.

Gotcha handled.

And those Bucknuts sure are looking good with their 3rd string QB making his first start.

Yep, starting to wonder if OSU will sneak in. The are making a very compelling case right now.

Anyone else hate Winston's under center face?

Yeah, up 38-0 in the first half against a top 15 team and I'm starting to think they're trying to make a statement.

Going to be interesting to see what happens tomorrow...whatever decision they make two fan bases will be melting down.

Not sure why they didn't just do a six team playoff.

I hope baylor is left out after 2008. that dickhead Briles put texas as #5 in his final coaches poll and head to head didn't seem to matter to him then. Hope karma comes back to bite him this year.

Bama
Oregon
FSU
I think OSU squeezes in after tonights demolishing of Sconnie

Guessing the Big 12 will be expanding soon....

The COWARDICE of the leadership of the Big 12 comes home to roost. All they had to do was tell the Committee that their "Champion" would be the head to head winner if they had equal records. That is already in their own rules for Bowl Selection.

Isn't the motto of the BXII "One True Champion?" What a load of horseshit. Why would they go with the co-champion method? Is that based on what the commissioner wanted or the collective thoughts of the BXII ADs?

Baylor is ripping the Commissioner.

Looking at the bowl lineup for this season... Looking forward to the Raycom Media Camelia Bowl between South Alabama and Bowling Green.

If they had an 8-team playoff Baylor and TCU would be in along with Miss. State and Michigan State.

Or the Hawai'i Bowl -- Rice (7-5) vs Fresno State (6-7).

Big 12 really screwed this up. Having said that, I think the 4 team playoff is gonna be great this year.

The average winning pct. of bowl teams not playing on Jan 1st is .644. Talk about worthless exhibition games...

If Florida State and Oregon had lost then the Big XII would have possibly benefited by getting both Baylor and TCU in the playoff since they didn't have a championship game. It can go each way.

My alma mater, Western Kentucky, is also in this game. I'd really like to go to but I can't afford it, because I went to Western Kentucky.

Maybe this will be the 1 in 99 posts that goes thru! :duel:

I pulled the spreadsheet out of the recycle bin. The winning pct. of all teams not playing in a bowl game on Dec 31st or Jan 1st goes down to 0.626
