We also have a 2 game win streak after a bye against SDSU....we are definitely doomed.

Guys, guys!!! I've been reading the dire posts about the upcoming match-up against the "Killer Bunnies of Brookings," and I've found the no-miss solution to NDSU's problem:

Couldn't you just about use any statistical criteria and conclude that you guys win almost all the time?

For instance, you probably also have a 17-1 record in games after your opponents have a bye week! And that would be even more impressive.

I am not a "doom and gloom" guy by any means, and I think we'll actually handle the Jacks even better this time around, as it will be hard for the Bison offense to be as lethargic in the 1st half as it was a month ago against the Bunnies.

That said, it's the 1st game on this list that is the only one of relevance to me. Same team, same coaching staff. The Bison need to do a better job of coming off the bye week than it did against WIU. If we let the Jacks hang around like we did WIU and like we did against the Jacks last time, it'll be nail-biting time. If we come out like against Youngstown, this one is will be handily put away.

But what would be the fun in that :)
