If there's a MN HS playoff deal, might as well have a ND thread.

I've got it playing in the background... and Killdeer scores. Alerus turf looks terrible. Rohr and Dobitz have some speed.

Have at if you'd rather listen to PA fawn over a 4-5 NFL team for 3 hours.

PA is #3 for me, but it's the Friday Football Feast, meaning he has Charchian on and I can always listen to him.

5 years ago, Travis Beck, Ryan Smith, and Esley Thorton all played in the Fargodome in the Dakota Bowl. All were players of the year in their division. I think people care and want to watch and listen to the games.

The attendance for each game looks better than attendance for an Undy game but then the quality of football is better also

playing a team that averages 60 points a game so lets punt on 4th and 1 near midfield. They gained around 30 yards of field position on the punt, but Cavalier scored anyway.

Brock Robbins and Cavalier now playing. Brock Robbins looks good - so does #84. Shiloh has some pretty good players too.

#84 is Jeff Stith, who is also listed over on bisonation.info. - as a DE.
As a DE today, he had a nice tackle for loss with a strip for a fumble. Cavalier quickly scored a TD after that.
Cavalier leading 24 - 0 last I saw.

Congrats to Cavalier!

But the Tornadoes? Do they even have many tornadoes that far north?

I think they should be the Cavalier Attitude. Their school motto could be "We Don't really Give a Shit".

I could see the cheerleaders doing the "Meatballs" cheer. "It just doesn't matter, it just doesn't matter"...

Is Minot the largest high school in North Dakota?

2014-2015 enrollment figures from ND DPI show Minot High School with 2067 total grades 9 - 12 with 2 different facilities, Central Campus and Magic City Campus. The next largest HS is Bismarck Century @ 1424 (9-12) and Bismarck High @ 1419 (9-12).

So, yes, largest by quite a bit!!

This play-by-play guy is awful. Evidently the first down marker is a pylon, and a kick out of bounds in the 4th quarter is an "early break for Minot", even though they are down by 21. He also has had a lot of trouble with down and distance. At least he has some enthusiasm I guess.

And what is with those stripes running down the field from end to end? Is that to remind UN_ how to get to the end zone?

So far. Ty Brooks plays for South and they didn't make it.
