Actually gonna stream the UND game. It looks like thier D is improving and I am curious as to if a reasonable defense can clamp down on the Cats. Last weekend's Cat EWU game seemed to have NO defense. If UND could ever bring a little "Midwest" style football to the Sky, schools like MSU and EWU might have a rough go. It does seem the Griz have a solid defense.

North Dakota resident waterfowl season opens up and soybean harvest is in full swing by Tolna. Soybeans were ready at the right time with a bye week this week and an away game next week. Should get a good chunk of acres off before homecoming on the 11th.

I'm going to need a hard frost before I do any soybeans. Looks like I'll be putting up no hunting signs too. Don't get me wrong waterfowlers come ask if you can hunt and if I haven't been asked already probably let you hunt some where I just like knowing who is on my land and don't really want anyone hunting where that big buck lives.

We get to take the bye week off, Travis Beck said on WDAY last night it will be a normal week of practice, and maybe a little lighter to give the legs time

Even with the 55 mph speed on the Alice road it still was better
