When I saw this it reminded me of Sam Houston printing 2nd place t-shirts. I won't spoil it but you will know what I am talking about if you watch to the end of one of these fall camp clips.

NDSU could've picked the score in any playoff game.

Top FCS team of all time. Beats Moss's Marshall squad.

Define "best" opposing player. Cause I dont see how yall are saying West. Are you predicing who will be best pro.

Johnson and McKinnon were a couple of the most jaw dropping offensive players I have seen ndsu play. But Taiwan Jones would be top offensive player. He was unstoppable til his injury.

But there was only one player I saw give Billy Turner (best ndsu player last 5 years IMO) some fits and that's Tyler Starr. He was only player who could single handedly disrupt the left side

Also in comparison...West went for 99 yards on 22 carries...he did find the endzone though.

Truth. Jones carved our D up like few players ever have.

Decker and Spaeth from MN have had pretty good NFL careers but were limited by our D.

Defensive - Mueller - KSU - in backfield all game, he was reason we had to do so many third down conversions in that final drive.
Offense - Johnson - UNI - his long TD run was most disappointing defensive play of last year.

In the 2010 playoff game Jones was just shy of 200 yards rushing in the first half alone. Every time he got the ball it scared the shit out of me. We adjusted to his speed in the 3rd quarter and started to bottle him up before he got hurt. I don't think our defense then was playing at the level we have seen the past few seasons though.

That said, who do you think our opponents say was the best player they have played against? Anyone from NDSU?!

I think at NDSU the average of all starting and some backup players ability is better than all teams in FCS and even some FBS teams. NDSU doesn't have superstars, just a bunch of guys who play hard nosed football with great execution and teamwork!

True. In the two games against NDSU (2002 and 2004) he had a total of 36 yards. For some odd reason, I remember him have a few big catches in the 2004 game in which UNC could only muster five fields in Greeley, CO.

Comparatively, Decker in the 70 yards in the two games (2006 and 2007) against NDSU.

I remember watching that game from the upper South endzone in 1998. He had a long TD run where he pretty much left everyone in the dust. I also remember him being in the XFL and there being a story about him not getting much of chance in the NFL due to his size. Speedy dude.
