Thought it would make more sense to start this in here. Just did a post on grading Omaha's OOC schedule.

I'd give them a better grade for having so many DI opponents on their schedule. Nebraska and Marquette are grade A games. Home game vs Nevada is B. UMKC is a B-. UTPA is a D (I don't think any home DI game is a fail). Overall I'd give their schedule a B. Maybe I'm too soft. And with that said, your observation about their number of games against WAC opponents was good insight.

But by comparison so far NDSU has, what, 3 non-DI home games, not including exhibitions? Minot State, Crookston and Northland.

I'd give them a C-

Their schedule isn't great but they have a lot of winnable games mixed in one a few tough ones. Would like to see a couple more solid mid-majors in there.

Thanks for the input. Maybe I was a little too harsh, but I was trying to look at it from an overall Division 1 standpoint
