When is the last time we beat SDSU at home, heck when was the last competitive game at home against them?

Likely 10 more games of this mess, unless they find a way to win a game in sioux falls...

Katie Lorenz Johnson 3 to win in ---- 2004??
I think we beat them in Brookings when Whitney Trecker was hurt in ---??
Sorry, I've been at so many of these games that it's hard to remember details.

I know a lot of you want her gone...but a friend of mine who is an AD says no good comes out of firing midseason. It actually makes it worse..especially on the kids. He will always wait til offseason to make changes.

Just my 2 cents.

I had a feeling that was the game but I wasn't sure. Just thinking back to that game now and really how far we've sunk...packed BSA, exciting game and the place just went nuts when Katie hit that shot. Now the BSA is a morgue when the women play...it's just sad.

Our record in SF has been poor. Oddsmakers in Vegas would bet against you.

In Fargo this was last game we beat them, also beat them in Brookings that year. They had Katie on halftime show talking about it. They beat SDSU in Brookings 3-4 years ago.

Found the comment by the SDSU coach in the paper that if NDSU had made the shots they normal make that
That NDSU would have won the game. The difference in free throws was crazy.

A few things from the box score; "Deja Vu all over again"
Second half points 42-23 (we see this nearly every game)
Pts. in the paint 34-20
Bench scoring 43-8 (you can see who has a bench)
Second chance pts. 12-4
Free throws attempted 38-16 (normal this year, ugh)
Freshman Karri Young (Jill's younger sister) averages around 8, she scored 23 against the Bison.
Jacks were not really in synch yesterday, especially in the first half.
If they get their ducks in a row in Brookings, it may get ugly quickly when we play them next time. Will it be another 88-43 game like a couple years ago?

At how many Bison-Jacks womens games have you been sitting in the stands?
More than 20? More than 30? More than 40? More than 50?

Any time frame.
Simply; How many games in any arena between those 2 teams have you seen from the bleachers?

@BBohl 500 fans would be a big crowd. Very few students attend.

More than 15, less than 20. Enough time to see the pendulum swing all the way from one side to the other. It makes me sad.

All of them from 93-96, oh the glory days (and Rhonda Birch).

4 I guess, maybe more if there were any postseason matchups.

Been back for some men's games but can't remember attending any women's games vs. SDSU since then.

Sounds like you still have a 'thing' for Rhonda!
I think she still lives near Barnesville, and has a horse, or horses.
You gave me a good chuckle when I read your post.
I attended several hundred games in the 90's and those were Glorious Times!
Packed BSA, crowd into it, tremendous fun. Regionals and Elite 8's, too.

Went to a lot of games between 85-99. Those were great times for Bison WBB. Don't get to too many events anymore but always try to catch any TV games and radio I can. It's tougher when you no longer live in Fargo.

I thought you meant the second. If you meant the first, then I've been to several dozen NDSU WBB games.

Hammersmith, I meant the second.
When I asked this question I had hoped we would get many more replies.
From #56 above; I did attend several hundred Bison WBB games in the 90's.
I'm not sure of the exact number of Bison-Jacks womens games I've attended but
43 comes to mind, plus any regional tourney games, so a total approaching 50?

Guessing here arounde 20 plus WBB games against SDSU. I have attended several hundred from 87-2010 The last three years not very many.

My wife and I never missed a game for years!! But now even she has zero interest in watching. Like I said in the past when you lost her as a fan you have pretty much lost everyone...
