Unless I misread the link, those are total athletic budgets, not just football.

True. Completely missed that. Don't have a link for you then.

No super-easy way to get it as far as I know, but you can build the list using the DoE Equity in Athletics Data Analysis Cutting Tool: http://ope.ed.gov/athletics/

Here's the compiled data for the MVFC:

North Dakota State $4,044,796
Youngstown State $3,725,254
Southern Illinois $3,641,600
Northern Iowa $3,154,067
Illinois State $3,166,946
Western Illinois $3,007,439
Indiana State $2,859,361
South Dakota State $2,723,760
South Dakota $2,687,268
Missouri State $2,534,968

It actually is impressive what SDSU is able to do with their budget...

Which might bring into question the long term sustainability of their FB success.

I tried to get out(of number crunching), but you pulled me back in. [/melodramaticwailing]

Here are the football budgets of the Big5 FCS conferences. I'll probably do MWC, MAC & Sun Belt pretty soon. Any other requests?

Also note that private schools tend to have larger budgets since their scholarships tend to cost more than public schools. I can remove total scholarships from total expenses, but not football scholarships from football expenses.

Would be really really interesting to see these numbers compared to number of wins / number of wins over last four years... :hungry: Basically who's getting bang for their buck? WHO isn't? :)
