Watched Kemps Toledo squad. Hell of a team they got out there and have a chance of being a sleeper come march.

Obviously the Bison are not good enough to be considered for MVC membership. Too bad we can't schedule games vs isub, uni, isur, Wichita etc. I guess getting beat in fb is bad enough for them. Where is the great uni in the mm top 25? Smug bastards.

I had more or less the same thought. Funny how those regional MVC schools never make it onto NDSU's or the Summit leagues schedule. We (the Summit) play more Big 10 schools than MVC I bet. Clenz, if you are reading I know your take on why the MVC won't add the Dakota schools, but what's with not even playing Summit schools? And don't go there with the SOS/RPI argument, your team played Savannah State this year. The same Savannah State that effed your FB season last year by buying out the game and not even telling you guys. I don't know why you guys would continue to do business with a school like that. :confused:

The funny (ironic) thing is . . . the Summit with ORU, Denver, NDSU, SDSU, Omaha, USD & IPFW (with increasing our spending which is happening) will not be little brother to the MVC in 5-10 years, we will be their equal.

I agree, but the conference has to win too. Won't be equal until the Summit league can start making noise in March. This might be the first team to start doing that though.

Not on a money or national relevance scale. The MVC will always be more prestigious on those points, just like the power conferences are to them.
