Zach Colvin.

At halftime CAS pointed out how much fun it is to watch him on kick coverage.
So........I watched...........and now he's my favorite player. What a maniac. This guy guy is an absolute STUD on kick coverage and is virtually unblockable.
Full sprint dodging and juking dudes.............and is always involved in the stop.

It was crazy watching him yesterday, he would juke 2 players go through another and hit the ball carrier. It was nuts.

Agree. Its not the fastest on the field, its the fastest down the field.

My new Favorite Player is Vraa... (maybe it's the Zach thing?)
Vraa kept coming into our endzone yesterday... up close & personal with his TD's!
He had a great game, & his relatives were there to see it!
I'll have to tune-in & watch Colvin more closely next game.

I remember when a member or two said that Vraa and Gebhart would never contribute...:facepalm2:

I always thought he should see more playing time as well. He covers receivers very well, I guess the coaches don't see it that way though.

He has 2 pick 6's (that I know of) and he never gets burned...just saying.

It went like this:
Vraa makes a TD ~ Fanette cheers ~ Teach says, "Where is he from?" ~
Fanette & Teach's wife say, "Inver Grove Heights!"
Vraa makes another TD ~ Fanette cheers ~ Teach says, "Where is he from? ~
Fanette & Teach's wife say, "Inver Grove Heights!"

(Got a little annoying after awhile...)

I say that every time he scores...and hopefully I will be saying it more and more and more......

Good Plan Good Plan... it was actually Very FUN so I edited my post! We should celebrate his TD's in that manner from now on. I just may have to do the same thing with Ryan Smith! :)

With regards to Colvin, he was blowing it up last year on special teams with CJ Smith. This year he seems to have gotten even better and Bo Leikhus has also been solid on the specials. Opponents are averaging under 4 yards/return against us in punt returns so far this season (although much of this credit goes to Lecompte as well).

The Bison punt team has been the most consistently impressive facet of the team so far this year.
