Yes, unless you have your ISP and Cable bundled through the same service provider.

Not sure what you're asking, but ESPN3 and watchESPN are internet streams; most major games, such as primetime FBS games and MNF are not available in the contiguous 48 when game starts after 11 am or noon. Most other games and sports are available at least in my experience and exclusive ESPN3 broadcasts not shown on a ESPN channel (main, 2, U, ocho /purple). You do not have to be a cable tv subscriber to get espn3 but your ISP does need to provide the service for it which generally usually means that ISP provides the ESPN channel in their lineup thru cable, again don't need to be a cable subscriber.
