1. Ripping on ESPN doesn't stop me from quoting them :)
2. There was a discussion about using "NDSU" on the jerseys... I've noticed that even fans of schools we've never played before refer to our school as NDSU. I like it because it's short and unique like SMU, USC, UCLA, BYU, etc.

I like it because it's short and unique like SMU, USC, UCLA, BYU, etc.I loved that they took the booth spots during the Clemson game and talked about NDSU and Bohl even after EWU beat the Beavers.

I remember a couple years ago, fans that weren't familiar with our program would abbreviate us NDST for some reason. Now 99% of the people are using NDSU.

NDSU has become household.

when your team gets talked about for 30 seconds during the ABC saturday night primetime game, you've arrived.

unfortunately I think Florida States qb is going to bump NDSU down to 5th after his performance so far.

I assume that happened because that's what they had to do with South Dakota State because of San Diego State so we just got the same treatment.

ive read a few fbs schools forums and a lot of them know a lot about NDSU. saying things like the MVFC is tougher than some FBS conferences and that we are a very good team. we are becoming more nationally known

That's what I assume. I am glad it has changed now.
