The final Sagarin ratings for 2012 have NDSU at #35 which is around the middle of the pack for a Big 12 team.

I could give a rip what the computer spits out........the players and coaches actually play the game. I have more confidence that NDSU has a fair chance at a 15-0 season and that computer apparently doesn't believe the Bison are capable.
