a) They work out in flannel shirts and have something called "Flannel Fridays" or
b) Their entire workout appears to consist of swinging a sledge hammer into a stack of tires.

Maybe Travis and the gang could host their next show wearing sleeveless flannel and talk about dudes lifting in flannel. Also, did I mention there's a coffee table book about flannel on their coffee table? Oh yeah, and the coffee table is covered with flannel. The couch they do the show from is not covered in flannel. It's covered in plastic because it's in their Mom's basement.
