Well, first, the process of approving new users was much delayed lately, and I believe that one of the users who went through that delay was from stadiumjourney.com so this is to make up for that inconvenience.

Second, there are some mentions of NDSU in the article.

From the article by Paul Donaldson for stadiumjourney.com:

Without any doubt, the venue has benefited from hosting two straight championships games between the home state Sam Houston State Bearkats and arguably the best traveling fans in the FCS (and likely better than many in the FBS) from the North Dakota State Bison.

I like the site and thought they were spot on their rankings. In fact, I might change the fanguide so that you can click on a team's stadium to go to the review. For example, here's the review for Kansas State's stadium: http://www.stadiumjourney.com/stadiums/bill-snyder-family-stadium-s389

In looking at attendance when NDSU wasn't playing in the final, the NCAA needs to bye us into the championship game every year to ensure great attendance for the game.

When the game was in Chattanooga and both teams were from the East Coast attendance was good. I believe the years that App St won it they sold out the stadium at least 2 of the 3 years, and that was a partial reason for Chattanooga's stadium expansion.

It's no coincidence that the top 4 attendance figures for the championship game featured Marshall playing in their home stadium.

My only complaint with FC Dallas stadium was that we coudn't hear the PA system in the end zone seats.

The lack of quality video boards sucked from the endzone

Also, wish they had a board with game/team stats on both sides of the stadium.

buttsocker does not have a need for stats...Therefore why make the investment for 1 game a year. althought I
agree it would be nice, and the sound did suck in the end zone seats.

You mean you couldn't hear the music being played really loud when SHSU was trying to call plays at the line of scrimmage in the 1st and 2nd quarters? :)

I was sitting on the south side and their fans were none to pleased with the game production...

Yeah, I get that they have no need for that with soccer but still at the NC you would think they could figure something out.

That first picture was taken right next to me. I was sitting in the first row down from the concourse, a few seats in from the isle. The people sitting from me to the isle were gone. The photographer stepped into my row, stood next to me and snapped the picture.

I was only at the game last year and we couldn't hear diddly, even when there wasn't any crowd noise.
