Weather along I-29/I-35 could play a huge factor in the crowd because so many people are driving.

Actually, it looks like smooth sailing on wed and Thu and Fri all the way down to Texas. Checked points all along the route from fargo/msp down to frisco. hopefully that forecast holds

We're thinking of taking off after work on Wed instead of Thurs early in the AM. Will be an extra hotel night somewhere along the way but should be able to see more in Dallas if the weather and roads are good on the way.

The Tolna bus is taking off Wednesday evening and driving through the night (picking my daughter and me up in Wichita on Thursday morning).
We are driving through the night too. Hopefully be in Plano by 12pm-1pm on Thursday.

I did too -- and I forgot my jacket in my motel room. Luckily my old HS classmate (BisonFan02's dad) had an extra. Which I apparently took off after the game...

The overcast didn't help either always feels warmer with a sunny day then with an overcast day at the same temp.

I think it hit about 50 on game day but was breezy (but the sun did not come out until the Bison were celebrating on the stage maybe peeked out a couple times, I forgot my coat at the motel and was alright for awhile got kind of chilly at the beginning of the 2nd half when the wind started etting to me a bit, at least NDSU side will be in full sun being on the east side will help if it's a sunny and 50+ temps. Last year it was nearly 70 the day before too bad we couldn't had that weather on game day! I remember we stopped at a park near our motel on Friday to let our son blow off some steam and poor texas kids were bundled up in their winter coats... all the local moms must have thought we were crazy to let our son run around in shorts and t shirt in that miserable winter weather!

We have been in South Padre, TX since this last Thursday, the weather has been getting better and better. The forecasted temperature has been consistently lower than actual - yesterday they were forecasting 60's and it almost hit mid-70's. It has been difficult to predict due to the cold weather system that has been leaving area - but it seems to be moving out faster than predicted. We leave for San Antonio tomorrow to Sea World, then make our way up to Dallas Wednesday. Hopefully we have a game time temperature of 60 and sunny sky's!!!! The "good" family members on my outlaw side are heading up to Frisco for the game - the Sue are heading back to Minnesota with nothing to do... hahaha

WDAY Rob did a short Frisco Forecast for game day showing the stadium, and said people had been "Asking". 50's at game time Saturday chance of rain earlier in the week in the Dallas area.
