I don't know about you, but I suddenly have an increased interest in the playoffs.

Who will you be rooting for in the playoffs?

I'm rooting for Montana St.

NOT >:( ;D >:(

I'll be at least following, if not rooting for, future Gateway opponent Youngstown St.

I'll probably watch some...but it'll be hard to root for anyone. As far as I'm concerned, the season is....over. We win.

I'm pulling for Lafayette. *::) I know they got an auto bid but what the hell is a 6-5 team doing in the playoffs? *I don't care how weak San Diego's schedule was, *they are worlds better than Lafayette. This team lost three games to Ivy league schools for Christ sake. *(or was it 4)

I am pulling for the Salukis! Normally I would pull for Montana State but I don't know if being 7-4 warrants a playoff spot especially after losing to a DII school.

The comparative score index is inexact to say the least, but given that both games were on the road and in back-to-back weeks it has to mean something. I'm not saying we'd blow Montana out or even be a lock to win, but I would have to say that if we played on a neutral site we would be favored going in. That is about as much as I'm willing to read into comparing the scores.

The question at the top says "Who are you pulling for in the playoffs", not who do you think will win. I want the Griz to win because:
1: They are from a neighboring state
2: Their playing us when we were D2 was a catalyst to this and every season after this. Recruiting, etc.
3: They were open about not coming to Fargo, unlike the Bobcats.

Youngstown State. It will be fun playing them in the Fargodome every other year when we get into the Gateway.

F*ck Montana State. I hope a natural disaster destroys their stadium and they have to play every game next season on the road

I don't really care who is playing in the DI-AA playoffs. Ask me next year and I will start to think about it. Bison should be there but the punitive NCAA rules say no for another ridiculous year. In my mind the Bison are the DI-AA champions!

I am hoping for an All West final. For this to happen, Montana State has to run the table on their side of the bracket and either Montana or McNeese State on the other side of the bracket.

It would really be cool if two teams west of the Mississippi make it to the championship.
