Sorry I wasn't being specific enough. PATs have been pretty automatic because he's had LOTS of practice with these and I just assumed that a TD would be 7 and a safety would be 2. Didn't mean for you girls to get all bijiggedy about it. Now, go hump a bison or one of your cheerleaders. same difference.

I origanally was thinking 17-7 on this game. IF the Bison don't turn the ball over then it could be 24-7. So I say no Bison turnovers, they gifted Wofford two in that game that made it closer than it actually was. Coach Bohl will make that a focal point.

Not sure the Bison defense can hang in there after being softened up by Wofford and after having been on the field for over 8 min more than they are used to, especially on a short week. Another big question is whether or not Brock can bounce back after his pick six.

I feel a bit more optimistic that we are back to facing a 4-3 defense. Pound away with Crockett and Ojuri. If we fall behind by 2 scores we're in trouble. Back and forth game with a late Bison score to win 27-24. Our defense and/or special teams really need to find a way to score.

I also have to say that I am a bit confused how this writer can state how great the Bison defense is (only giving up 37 pts in the last six playoff games) and then predict that GSU will score 26 against that same defense. Of course, he predicts the Bison offense will score 31. That could happen I suppose if special teams and the defense score 12 of those :)

@Latter part of your post: If D and ST's score points it's not the offense. He is doing numbers based upon GSU D I think. I'll take the 31 regardless tho.

I don't know how anyone can say GSU isnt a faster team this year over last. They are a very fast team is my opinion. I think they run for 300+ yards and we have all we can handle. Bison need a late turnover to seal a 24-23 victory.

Bison win and in good fashion. 24-9 (a touchdown, missed 2-pt conversion, and a field goal that hits the upright and bounces in). Their TD comes on a turnover earlier in the game, to keep the fans on edge. Then Bison run away after half time adjustments.

Although I think they will get their rushing yards (I'm thinking between 250 and 300 yards) against our defense. I think they will have a tuff time running on us if they reach the redzone. The key will be containing their elusive quarterback and Swope and I think we can. The question then becomes can our offense score on their defense (31st ranked against the run and not in the top 50 against the pass). The answer is yes we can. I'm going to predict around 400 yds of total offense with the bulk is it coming thru the air (60%). Running the triple option makes GSU prone to turnovers, so I think we will win the turnover battle 2 to 1. I think that the crowd noise will be the biggest factor for this game causing lot's of offensive penalties on GSU (false starts and delay of game) leading to a lot of 2nd and 3rd and long's. With that being said I am predicting that the Bison will win and return to Frisco. BISON - 24 Eagles - 7
