The 2nd half against ISUr was very reminiscent of the old 1-2-3 punch days. This combo will roll in the playoffs. It's a very reliable, and dominant formula. Our ultra-talented backfield looked very comfortable with it. The offensive line knew exactly what to do. We've found our game. Not a pretty sight for playoff opponents.

Our offense found its identity in the 2nd half at ISUr. It will change everything in the playoffs. The Bison will roll with more emphasis on running, a little bit of option, and a few passes over the top or down the middle. The run blocking was phenomenal, and the pass blocking was easier because of the success in running, and different passing schemes. We are a running team...with possibly the most talented running back in the FCS just beginning to find his stride...after dealing with a groin injury. And Ojuri is back doing what he's best at. The whole offense loved it.

The offense showed a genuine swagger for the first time this year. Real power football combined with our defense equals dominance. Different style...different types of athletes...but lethal, like in the old days. Teams will bring 8 guys into the box, and then Brock will step back and pass like he did with the completion to Ryan Smith. Won't matter who comes to town.
