YSU should absolutely be ahead of MSU.
South Dakota State and Northern Arizona are also a ton better than Harvard or Samford.

No one should be surprised at how bad this poll is. Always has been a joke, always will be a joke.

I actually think UND should be at #25. Impressed with the win. You guys may actually make the playoffs if depth holds up. The conference seems a little down.

And yes the poll is worthless

All underlined are a complete joke. Yes UND should probably be in there too but NAU not and Montana still? Really? Central Ark below SHSU? Really? Northern Iowa? Don't you have to win to be in there? I know they're good and all but they haven't beaten anyone good yet. SDSU should be in there too. Questionable choices are usually the norm for these polls but not like this. It's like they drew the teams after the top 3 out of a hat.

NDSUguy

some are criticizing the coaches poll but you may want to look in the mirror if you're ripping on UNI because of their record.

They lost to Wisconsin, Iowa and YSU(who is ranked #3). Due to their scheduling they have only had 1 game that they realistically should have performed well in. That game was a barnburner down to the wire against YSU.

UNI is far superior to MANY of the teams listed in to #25 (regardless of record)

Which is one of the zillions off reasons that poll sucks.

It's funny reading posts from UND fans about how bad that poll is now, but there wasn't complaining when UND got votes that were grossly undeserved last season.

5 SOCON and 5 CAA. 4 from the MVFC and 4 from the BSC.

CAA has 3 in the top 10. The other power conferences only have 2 each. Southland gets the final top 10 spot.

Conference wise, the numbers probably won't change but the teams might as it relates to the top 25.
