Prairie Public TV has produced a new documentary focusing on the rivlary between North Dakota and NDSU, specifically in football and women's basketball. It will air on September 18 at 7:00, and replay on September 22 at 7:00 and 9:00.

Mods...I think this is a duplicate thread.

Can we merge them?

Yes.

However, one thread is in the football forum where 95% of the board never ventures outside of and this documentary covers women's BB as well. Beyond that, the title of this thread is incorrect seeing as how the documentary is "When They Were Kings: The NDSU-UND Rivalry". Obviously it should be "Bison-Sioux Documentary".

What to do, what to do?........

I actually don't care that there are two threads...just trying to prevent bincity from getting some crap from the bisonville thread police.

Since it is BinCity, let 'em rip!

Don't fret now Bin. You know that the Bisonville posters do actually appreciate your commentary and wit!

Two things:

1. I took care of the improper noun placement in the thread title. (sorry, bin :) )
2. Have any Bison fans watched this?

D'oh, missed that.

I'm only going to watch the show if the reviews from Bison fans are good.

I am excited to watch. As annoying as the UND fans are, anyone who was ever involved in the Bison- Sioux rivalry, in any capacity, knows how intense it was. Good stuff for the generation who never experienced it. Real emotional games. A loss felt like a playoff loss. Closest comparison would be Vikings Packers

Probably just another piece of pro-Sioux propaganda to force the resumption of the football rivalry. Heard it before...bored with it.

The title is lame... "when we were kings."
We are kings.
It should be titled "ndsu is king, when both schools were kings."

Teach, you're posting on BV while at the Gopher game? See that Western Michigan just hit a FG to go up 3-0.

Almost certain(like 97.6%) that Prairie Public will put it on their website for online viewing. It looks like they've got every special from at least the last four years available; I doubt this will be any different. Whether it will be up the night of the broadcast or take a few days to a week is another question.
