The vBulletin sites are down right now so I can't get to the documentation. From what I saw on other sites, it looks like Active Users = Number of users who have logged in during the last 30 days.

Believe me Izzy/PL, you didn't miss anything. Not sure why this was, but I could barely hear anything (seriously.) Tatanka introduced me to two people but I didn't/couldn't catch their names. Then what I did hear was disturbing, "Come back later, we're making Euros," and I was thinking 'oh great, a counterfeiting ring.' Then I went back to our tailgating spot and entropy took over. So as you see, my timing was bad - should have waited until SDbison was around because I've heard that Jagermeister cures entropy if taken in small doses.
